A custom-designed timber frame house based on the Modern 102 project, located in the Riga area. We provided full-scope design development and handled all approvals with the local authorities. Construction works included site preparation, fence installation and driveway construction, followed by full-cycle building from foundations to complete interior and exterior finishing.
The house is built on a concrete slab foundation. Natural insulation materials were used, including cellulose insulation and wood fibre boards. Interior walls are finished with clay plaster.

A compact timber frame house in Jelgava, delivered as a full design and build project. Natural insulation materials were used, along with lime plaster for the interior finish, creating a healthy and comfortable indoor environment.
This home is designed as a practical and well-planned alternative to apartment living. The project is currently in the final stage of completion.

Area: 165 m²
Near Cēsis, we have completed one of our standard projects, Timbero Modern 129. This timber frame house is built on concrete strip foundations and features natural insulation materials such as cellulose and wood fibre boards.
The roof is finished with durable Ruukki metal roofing. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating throughout the house.

A two-storey holiday house with a total living area of 70 m². The structure is made of milled logs and insulated with wood fibre boards, ensuring comfortable living even during winter.
This is a custom-designed project tailored to the client’s needs, combining compact size with a warm and natural living environment.
