A timber frame house based on the Modern 102 project, adapted to the client’s wishes, in the Riga area. We prepared the full custom project and got it approved by the building authority. The work started with the fence and the driveway, followed by full-cycle construction from the foundations to the interior and exterior finishing. Concrete slab foundation. Natural insulation – cellulose insulation and wood fibre boards. Clay plaster on the interior walls.

Timber frame house in Jelgava. We provided the full design and construction process. Natural insulation materials and lime plaster on the interior walls. A compact house as a great alternative to an apartment. The house is currently in the final stage of completion.
Place: Cēsis
Area: 165 m²
Near Cēsis we have built one of our ready-made projects, Timbero Modern 129. It is a timber frame house on concrete strip foundations. It is insulated with natural materials, cellulose insulation and wood fibre boards. The roof is a long-lasting Ruukki metal roof. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating. Project author: architect Gunta Aukmane.

A milled log sauna was made and installed. Changes were made to the standard project like we wanted it. The delivered structure was qualitatively packed.
