Ready-made house projects save time and cost in preparing a building project. Choosing a standard project is a sensible, rational choice that makes the further design and construction of your house easier. Single-storey and two-storey houses and houses with a loft are available, with living areas from 40 m² up to 190 m². Our range includes around 30 different timber house projects, and the catalogue keeps growing with new models. Choose one of the projects and we will take care of the rest – we will prepare it for the building authority, get it approved and carry out full-cycle construction from the foundations to turnkey!
Timber frame house projects make up the largest part of the catalogue. Timber frame houses are currently the most popular way to build a timber house, with several important benefits: architectural variety, fast construction in any weather, reasonable costs, energy efficiency, ecology and sustainability. Our houses have classic or modern architecture with practical, comfortable layouts in different sizes. New in the catalogue is the Alma house series, which we offer together with the architecture studio Trīs Arhitektūra. Alma’s clean design fits in equally well in a town or in the countryside.
Glulam or milled log houses are a classic of timber construction: traditional timber houses built in a modern way, with glulam walls from 120 to 240 millimetres thick. Solid timber walls create a pleasant, comfortable indoor climate and are especially well suited for saunas and holiday houses. Any of our projects can be built as a holiday house or as an all-season home for full-time living.
Any house project can be changed and extended to suit your wishes. We can adjust the room arrangement and layout, add a carport or a terrace, or include other buildings in the building project. Contact us and we will advise you on the changes and additions you have in mind.
All our house projects are based on many years of experience and knowledge of timber construction. We have been designing and building timber houses for more than 15 years. We specialise in materials that are friendly to people and nature. We build the load-bearing structures from timber and insulate with natural materials – wood fibre boards and cellulose insulation. This combination ensures the best possible indoor climate and the healthiest living environment. Our houses have optimal indoor humidity, an even temperature, good sound insulation and excellent energy efficiency.
We offer the full process of preparing the project and building, from the foundations to turnkey. If you want to organise part of the work yourself, that is possible too. For example, we can build only the basic set of the house structure or carry out the work up to the “grey” finish. After discussing your wishes, we will agree on the scope of work and the stage of completion.
