The range includes single-storey and two-storey homes, as well as houses with lofts, with living areas from 40 m² to 190 m². Our catalogue features around 30 different timber house designs and is continuously updated with new models.

Timber frame houses form the largest part of our catalogue. This is the most popular modern timber construction method, offering architectural flexibility, fast construction, cost efficiency and excellent energy performance. Our designs range from classic to contemporary, with practical and well-thought-out layouts.
Log houses represent the traditional side of timber construction, built using laminated logs with wall thickness from 120 to 240 mm. These solid wood structures create a naturally balanced indoor climate and are especially well suited for holiday homes, saunas or year-round living.
Every project can be adapted to your needs. We can modify layouts, adjust room configurations, and add elements such as terraces, carports or additional structures. Most clients use a standard project as a starting point and develop it into a fully personalised home together with our team.
All our house projects are based on over 15 years of experience in timber construction. We focus on natural, breathable materials such as timber structures, wood fibre insulation and cellulose. This approach ensures a healthy indoor climate, stable humidity levels, good sound insulation and high energy efficiency, creating a home that feels comfortable in the long term.
We offer a full-service process, from initial design and permits to complete construction. However, the scope can be adapted to your preferences. We can deliver the full turnkey solution or complete selected stages, such as the structural shell or construction up to a defined finishing level.
