Built using modern timber construction – CLT panels.
Cross-laminated layers ensure strength, thermal and sound insulation, and a healthy indoor climate.
Walls are additionally insulated and finished with a ventilated facade.
Triple-glazed windows and doors improve energy efficiency.
Heating is provided by an energy-efficient heat pump.
Designed for installation on concrete pier or screw pile foundations.
